I materiali in genere ed in particolare i metalli, con le proprie potenzialità di contenere e trasportare significati sono al centro della mia ricerca. Mi preme il poter caricare gli oggetti della maggior quantità possibile d’informazioni, senza che per la loro comprensione sia necessario assumere significati esterni al gioiello stesso. L'oggetto realizzato è una sonda lanciata verso il prossimo.
La tecnica e lo studio dei procedimenti tecnologici mi stanno a cuore, ma non desidero per questo produrre saggi di virtuosismo, (un rischio con cui chiunque ami la tecnica deve fare i conti). Uso il procedimento costruttivo come un “volano motore” della disciplina stessa...


Materials of this type, and in particular metals, with their potential to hold and transmit meaning, occupy the centre of my research. It is important to me to instil into objects the greatest amount of information possible, without one having to look to external meanings from the piece of jewellery to understand it. The piece I have created is a probe launched towards fellow man. Technique and the study of technological procedures are important to me, but they are not the only reasons I aspire to create virtuoso studies (a risk that all of us who love technique must confront). I use constructive procedure as a "steering wheel" of the discipline itself.
